Six Months!

In a couple days Sammy will be six months old! Before she was born I did not believe the myth that baby socks were impossible to keep on but Sammy does not keep socks on her feet. At first I attributed her missing socks to the fact that chunky monkey with little in the way of ankles. Lately she has been in the habit of taking off a sock off to put in her mouth.  She is content to spend a day checking tasting what the day brings her. She does not mind eating sweet potatoes and pears but what she is really after is a taste of that spoon.  Some other things to know about Sammy is that she loves taking baths and kicks her legs like crazy in the water.  She blows raspberries when she feels that she is not getting enough attention, gives gloppy open mouthed kisses when prompted for a kiss, and still sticks out her tongue by way of saying hello. Sammy has definitely turned out household upside down since her arrival but in a really mismatched sock loveable kind of way.
