Every so often the inspiration to make a Star Wars craft emerges. Let me make one thing clear, it’s Matthew who is the Star Wars fan no matter how often I nudge him out of the way to add a final touch or work on finishing up the last bits while he is at school. Previously it was a lot of felt and a book out of the library.
This time it was recycled cans and Matthew’s imagination. He did most of the measuring, cutting, and pasting himself. I mostly hovered and dabbed away some of the absurd amount of glue in places. When R2D2 was finished he became a prized toy.
